BLACK TAPE

Black Tape is a water activated reinforcing tape that strengthens damaged or ruptured structures.   Black Tape may be used with Hole-Sealer Plug as a wrap around solution to form useful structural and leak sealing properties.  Apply Black Tape above or below the waterline.
